A simple crochet beanie.
I aimed for a classic design with a slightly knitted look.
A hat is an easy, low-key way to do parent-and-child matching.
It's also a perfect matching item for a boy and his mom.
The pattern includes instructions for both adult and child sizes.
The samples were crocheted with Jamieson's of Shetland Spindrift (25 g / 105 m).
You can easily adjust the size by changing the number of foundation chains, and check the fit against your head circumference early on, so feel free to use your favorite yarn.
