This is a crochet bag with square handles.
I tried to improve practicality with a tight finish and non-transparent crocheted fabric.
This bag also has a consistent design that is crocheted in the same pattern from the bottom to the sides.
When I crocheted different colors of black and khaki, I tried changing the depth of the bag to a deeper one, but the balance didn't seem right...
As I found out, this slightly shallow body seems to go well with the square handle.

It's a relatively wide bag, so you can easily fit all your essential items in it.
The items in the bag in the photo below are tissues, a handkerchief, a wallet, a smartphone, and an eco bag.
I put my bi-fold wallet in this bag, but it's also sized to fit a long wallet.
The yarn used is Daruma's SASAWASHI.
It has a luxurious feel and a beautiful finish, so when I finished it, I realized that my hard work had paid off.
While looking at the color variations, please have fun trying to match the color of the bag and the handle.
If you like, it might be a good idea to make the handle the same color and keep it simple (in this case, please be careful with the amount of yarn used).
Also, this is a bit off topic, but this handle can be used for other bags as long as the size balance is right.
Therefore, it seems that it can be combined with a bag crocheted according to the logic of my book "Crochet Basket Bags with Your Favorite Patterns - 3,000 Combinations".
Conversely, it is OK to combine the handle of the above book with this bag!
Please try to use the combination technique and have a wide range of fun.
By the way, this bag is shallow, so I didn't get the impression that it would take that long to complete.
As for the handle of the point, you may be in a hurry as the process is nearing completion, but please try to work on it with a relaxed mind.
I think it's an eclectic design, with a clutch bag-like compactness and a sense of security with a handle.
How about as one of the summer outing items?

yukoknit's "Square Handle Bag"
I fell in love with the square handles—they’re so cute against the bag’s main pattern!
I wasn’t sure which color to choose for the body, but I went with my current favorite pink.
I’m very happy with how stylish the bag turned out.
