A measuring tape that can also be used as one of the crochet tools.
Why don't you make your own one-of-a-kind measure by crocheting and wrapping an undecorated measure?
Putting on the face is more difficult than crocheting! It's not without it, but it's also a fun process.
If you use your own completed tape measure, you will feel even more attached to it.
The pattern does not show how to attach the face, so feel free to embroider it with your own ideas.
The yarn used for this work is DK wool yarn.
The mascot that my daughter used to make was a cat, so I tried to imitate her face and make a cat major (image below).
This dark blue piece uses Daruma Merino DK (88 meters / 40 grams) [col.14]. Finished with the same size as this pattern, 7g was enough. A measuring tape with a diameter of 5 cm is crocheted and wrapped.
Since it is small, I think it would be better to adjust the size by changing the size of the crochet hook.
I would be happy if the cat measure was added to the tools and made crocheting time even more fun.
