This is a crochet kit that allows you to make a beaded sheep brooch.

The kit includes a printed crochet chart, yarn, beads, a brooch pin, and polyester stuffing.
Please note that the beads are not pre-strung onto the yarn, so a separate bead threading needle (used to string beads onto yarn) is required.

A full video tutorial is included, with every row explained from start to finish. The beaded crochet technique is also explained in the video.

This project is made using Lithuanian wool yarn, chosen for its charmingly rustic texture in the finished piece.
After repeated test swatching with different yarns, we selected one that gives a soft, fluffy, sheep-like look.
Except for one color change, the piece can be completed without joining new yarn.

This kit is recommended for those who are familiar with basic crochet techniques, such as working single crochet in the round and identifying stitches.

While the beaded crochet technique itself is not difficult, there may be moments when you want to double-check where you are in the pattern.
For that reason, the ability to clearly identify stitches is important.

You may find it helpful to practice first without beads using thicker yarn from your stash.

For the main project, we recommend starting during daylight hours in a bright place where stitches are easy to see.
