But somehow, having an accessory that only works because you wear glasses makes it feel a little more enjoyable.

You may already know about glasses chains but have never actually used one.

That was true for me as well.

For this design, I chose soft, understated colors that make it easy to incorporate a glasses chain into your everyday style—even if it's your very first one.

This kit includes a printed pattern booklet featuring Japanese crochet charts only (no written instructions), metallic thread, two types of beads, glasses chain findings, and necklace findings.

Please prepare a Big Eye Needle separately for threading the beads.

The aspect I focused on most in this design was, without a doubt, the color selection.

When working with beaded crochet, it's easy to get carried away and fall in love with too many color possibilities.

For this design, I wanted colors that wouldn't stand out too much, would complement the skin beautifully, and would feel just right for summer.

For the silver version, I took inspiration from turquoise and sterling silver jewelry.
The beads appeared brighter and more beautiful than I had imagined, creating an elegant look reminiscent of Tiffany blue.
There was no hesitation with this color combination.

Choosing the colors for the gold version was much more difficult, as every option had a lovely jewelry-like quality.

When I asked for your opinions in an Instagram poll, the soft pink option was the clear favorite! 
So I decided to go with the color chosen by so many of you.
It has a beautiful subtle tone with just a hint of salmon pink.

Another detail I paid special attention to was the glasses attachments.

I selected natural stones that complement the beadwork and used them as accents on the glasses attachments.

The glasses chain shown in the lifestyle photos is a prototype. The actual kit includes slightly smaller natural stone beads than those shown.

As you can see in the photo below, Howlite varies in appearance. Some stones are predominantly white, while others feature more pronounced gray veining.

Rose Quartz, on the other hand, tends to have a more consistent appearance, with less noticeable variation from stone to stone.

The small details on the attachment findings may go unnoticed by others, but they can feel like a tiny hidden treasure that only you know is there.

I hope you'll enjoy these thoughtful finishing touches that make the piece feel even more special and personal.

This kit includes video tutorials explaining how to make the project.
The videos also demonstrate how to crochet with beads.

The stitches themselves are simple, but because the project uses fine thread and small beads, it is recommended for crocheters who are comfortable with basic crochet techniques, including identifying stitches.

For better visibility, try working in a bright, well-lit area during the daytime.

Simply switch the findings to transform it into a necklace.
